[PATCH] packages: sync of calendar from GNU Emacs CVS

Hello All! This sync works well enough for me in basic use of calendar, diary, and, especially, timeclock in combination with planner (my motivation for the sync). Please test this if you can and let's fix any issues together to complete this sync. Look for (featurep 'xemacs) to see where I had to bend.
