There's just no way to do this for EFS, as different ftp clients
behave in different and opposite ways. Believe me, I've tried.
Hello Michael!
Joachim is trying to make a valuable contribution to our
documentation.
I understand things are not as simple as they should be, given to
circumstances outside of the control of EFS.
Could we arrive at the proper phrasing of the critical section
together, in the hope that Joachim will followup with a superseding
patch.
Sound like a deal?
