APPROVE COMMIT 21.5
This patch moves the Canna C API support out of src and into a new
canna module. It has been thoroughly tested in use as a module, and
builds have been done (for X11 on Mac OS X 10.3.9) with modules
enabled and disabled, and with mc-alloc enabled and disabled. All
combinations work correctly.
Like all modules, this one has the following benefits:
Users: don't need to plan ahead to use Canna, acquiring the libraries
and headers before building XEmacs. With a module, you can build
XEmacs and acquire the rest of the code and add Canna later.
Developers: can rebuild Canna support without rebuilding XEmacs.
Distro maintainers: can distribute XEmacs binaries with Canna support
in a module, allowing the dependency on Canna libraries to be
removed. Of course, those who want to use Canna must install the
Canna libraries, but those who don't don't need them.
The diff for modules/canna/install-sh is omitted; it's just a copy of
the same utility from modules/canna/ldap. The diff for
src/mule-canna.c is omitted; the file was removed.

+ * Each dynamically loaded Emacs module is given a name at compile

+ * functions which must appear in the module source code.
+ * The first such function, modules_of_XXXX, should load in any dependent
+ * modules. This function is optional, and the module will still load if
+ * it is not present in the module.
+ *
+ * The second function, which is NOT optional, is syms_of_XXXX, in which

+ * function will contain calls to DEFSUBR().
+ *
+ * The third function, which is also NOT optional, is vars_of_XXXX, in
+ * which you declare all variables that the module provides. This
+ * function will contain calls to DEFVAR_LISP(), DEFVAR_BOOL() etc.
+ *
+ * When declaring functions and variables in the syms_of_XXXX and
