Apart from cut-and-paste of the relevant functions and their hooks,
I've touched very little in the rest:
- comment-line-start, that became fortran-comment-line-start
- comment-line-start-skip became fortran-comment-line-start-skip
So I'm quite confident that I haven't broken anything else.
