[PATCH] arc-mode.el mini-sync, associate *.[ejw]ar

Nothing terribly interesting here, this is just to add *.[ejw]ar to auto-mode-alist, and to keep "synced with" up to date. There are more interesting things in GNU Emacs >= 20.3 versions of the mode, but I don't have time to port those right now.
