xemacs-packages: Current state

I've applied a number of patches to xemacs-packages and I think we should consider putting out new versions and sumo-tarballs. I've got the following open problems: - Are there any patches that need to be checked in? Steve, what is in your patch queue (btw. feel free to send all patches to me - I'll apply them asap) ? - psgml 1.2.1 is out. I haven't integrated it. Anybody else going to make a tested patch for me? - When and how will the package version numbers be upgraded? - Who is going to put out new package versions - and when?
