can not use the menu list of xemacs

Please explain step by step what you did, what you expected to happen at each step, and what actually did happen. Also, it's important to know what version and configuration of XEmacs you are using. By typing M-x report-xemacs-bug RETURN you will get a mail buffer with lots of information that helps us to diagnose problems. If your XEmacs is able to send mail, you can type C-c C-c to send the message, or if not, save the buffer to a file and attach it to your mail using your usual mail client.
