Hi,
I have updated my xemacs 21.5 to the latest cvs version. I compiled it using the options:
./configure --with-mule --with-athena=3d --with-ldap --with-sound=native,esd
When I try to open a latex file I get the following error message (I assume it comes from x-symbol):

If I compile back the beta_25, then I do not have this problem, and everything seems to work smoothly.
Is there anything else I could do to give you more information about this bug?
