NewbieQ: How to add packages
I can't figure out how to add packages. I successfully downloaded and
built the basic XEmacs 21.2 from the CVS repository. When I goto
tools>packages>update package index it beeps at me and says "Symbol's
value as variable is void: allow-remote-paths". I also downloaded the
entire package tree from the CVS, but can't figure out how to use it.
Can someone help, please.
