Please describe as succinctly as possible:
       - What happened.
                The XEmacs doesn't start up I wanted it installed into Cygwin. I get the following:

                                This application has failed to start because cygXpm-noX4.dll was not found.
       - What you thought should have happened.

                When I click on Icon on my think pad I go into XEmacs editor.

       - Precisely what you were doing at the time.

                I clicked on the XEmacs icon on desktop.

I am running Cygwin on my think pad running windows XP. I wanted to install the Cygwin version of XEmacs.
