Yes, I did, every time -- but it is possible I missed it, as I've been
grepping through the quarantine folders on my server, which are rather
large. But I couldn't find anything. After trying the procedure three
times (I think) over the past 6 months or so, I thought I'd just ask for
help.

I think I tried both, but my most recent attempt was via the web
interface.
