Xemacs source code and website mirror

Hi,

I have setup now a full mirror to the mirrors.isu.net.sa site of xemacs
downloads and webpages.

This server used to have a mirror earlier, but I'm not at all sure it
was properly updated for many years. Now it is actually doing updates
and our mirroring service is getting the attention it requires.

URLs to sites:

FTP and HTTP downloads:

        http://mirrors.isu.net.sa/pub/xemacs.org/

Website:
	http://xemacs.mirrors.isu.net.sa/

The website has ServerAlias for www.sa.xemacs.org already configured, if
you want to put a CNAME for it.

This mirror is updated daily with rsync. Our international connectivity
currently is to italy, france, britain and one link to east (singapore
or hongkong, I don't actually remember for sure).
