Yes, that does seem to have been overlooked. I wasn't aware of the date
of this until the day of, and then I misinterpreted "tomorrow" as the
next day because I didn't see that the message had been sent the
previous day.

Working with the infamous NetSol, I have had < 1 day turnaround, but I
don't remember how quick [I don't do this that often]. I asked SAIC to
do the same for me recently - and after they figured out what they were
doing [or so they tell me] it happened within the hour for two domains
and by that evening for the third.

I did mean, which of US should be working with RCN on this.
