New IP addresses scheduled for Oct 23

I had an update happen Monday morning for two domains on the .org name
servers, and the third one poked along until the afternoon.  It's
possible they do it every so many hours, and the third one missed the
deadline for the morning changeover.  ;-?

We'll continue to check at irregular intervals.

I would like to hear that someone has asked RCN to put reverse DNS on
all the new IP addresses ... and to take off the reverse DNS that is
still on 199.184.165.135 and the others.
