New IP addresses scheduled for Oct 23

Hi!  What should I use as the new master IP?

yxa is using 199.184.165.135 as master today.  The syl machine is gone
for a long time (I believe I mailed about this at the time), but there
is a new machine, vinyl.extundo.com at 83.241.192.59 that you can use
as slave DNS, if you like.
