[AC] Allow deleting display objects in `post-command-hook'

This has to be my favorite one-line patch of the past three years.  It
fixes a number of errors, including an exception with org-remember-mode
and the dreaded
multiline-file-names-in-the-selection-box-with-resize-minibuffer-mode
problem.

	* event-stream.c (post_command_hook): Run `post-command-hook'
	without INHIBIT_EXISTING_PERMANENT_DISPLAY_OBJECT_DELETION -
	deleting other windows off that hook is legitimate.
