I got as far as building it. But then it annoyed me, because he's
reformatted all the code (purely cosmetically), which makes it
unnecessarily hard to apply my own changes.

I don't particularly want a user base; it's merely that if there's a
chance somebody else might find it useful, I should make it available,
rather than keep it private for ever.

One of these decades, I'll probably switch to XEmacs 21.6 !
