It is <xemacs-commits at xemacs.org> (unless somebody has strong feelings
otherwise, but that's commonly used by other projects and intuitive
IMO, so I don't expect any).  I've set up an alias of xemacs-commits
to xemacs-patches at Tux.org, and if and when we decide on a separate
list I can create that quickly.
