Yes, I'm the CC Mode maintainer.  I updated AUTHOR_VERSION in the
Makefile no later than 2011-12-04.  I've checked (with hg status and hg
outgoing) that I've pushed the change to bitbucket.

In fact, I wrote you an email on 2011-10-18 asking you to release CC Mode
5.32.2, and in that mail I specifically noted I'd updated AUTHOR_VERSION.

The ChangeLog is up to date, as of 2011-10-18, the most recent entry
being your relase of version 1.46.

There's something else afoot here.
