[Success] The Package Smoketest

Maybe I should upgrade the 21.5 binary, that is used in the package
smoketest, to 21.5.31 then. So that we really know how the current
situation is! 

In the best of worlds I guess this binary should be updated
automatically to the latest released version of 21.5. Unfortunately
that is not so. It must be done by hand. With the current speed of
releases I might have to reconsider the manual approach! ;-)
