ftp.cn.xemacs.org (which used to have a CNAME alias to
ftp.cn.postgresql.org) currently doesn't exist as far as my DNS can
tell.

I have a business trip in a few hours, and will be back on Wednesday
evening (Japan time).  Please send the details of how you want the
record set up, to <xemacs-services at xemacs.org>.  Most of our mirrors are
set up as CNAMEs (aliases) for other domain names.  I recommend this,
because then it doesn't matter if your host's IP address changes.  If
you really want an A record (IP address) I can set that up, but then
you may be subject to delays if anything needs to be changed in the
future.
