Write Ben Wing <ben at xemacs.org> to ask that question.  He's probably
the only active (more or less) person current with MS tools.  AFAIK
both Vin Shelton and Aidan Kehoe are more comfortable with Unix-like
environments, although they do use Windows.  Adrian Aichner knows
something about them but he hasn't been active in years.

Yeah, figure out how the scripts work and fix them. :-)  AFAIK,  we
don't have anybody who knows about that stuff except Ben.
