Well, yes, that's why I refer to issue590 (which quotes your opinions
on the matter at some length) in that issue.  Perhaps there could be a
"show-gui-item-commands" minor mode that shows what various GUI
objects (like toolbar buttons, menubar regions, and menu items are
bound to, in addition to help).
