cgi-bin/.wilma and other website oddities

Adrian,

I don't think we need the .wilma history.  Do we?  None of the files
there have more than 3 revisions.  If we need those files in CVS, I
would suggest just readding them in CVS for now.

Also, I'm in the process (a very long process) of "make validate" in
the primary mirror at www.xemacs.org.  The reason for problems there
is that make validate validates all the pages under Documentation, and
not only does that give you a *long* list of files that breaks the
shell, but it also takes forever.  Are the manuals supposed to be
validated?

There are a bunch of problems in them, I see.  I wonder if texi2html
is broken.

Any comments you have would be appreciated.
