OOPS! Sorry for being lazy. (Maybe I should come up with some new
acronym so that it is easy to say "GPLv2 or later" in a single word,
GPLv2orL8R ;-)
Anyway in the previous talk bout going GPLv3 I always mean with "or
later" but I have been lazy and forgot to mention that important
part. I'll try to be more exact in the future since it is really
essential.
I also think that there isn't any pure "GPLv2" files in the core. At
least I haven't seen one so far. So we don't have that particular
problem.
