auctex versions

I helped out in getting 11.84 to build in the package tree. Whether it
is the right thing to distribute is not up to me. I don't even use
auctex my self.

I got the impression though that there is some problem with a
conflicting package that is stopping the merge at the moment. I'm not
up to date with that issue. Hopefully Uwe can fill in the details.
