Yeah, the list would be really unwieldy if we allowed all users.  I'm
pretty sure that Andreas can assign it to himself using the "assign to
me" selection, but I haven't tried it (my user is in the list, of
course, and I don't have a test user around at the moment).

If not, I'll just add him to the list.
