Hosting issues

xemacs.org came back to life, hence emails started to come through
again, and www.xemacs.org is again browsable.

I didn't realize (although I should have) that 'us.xemacs.org' wasn't
the URL of the US update site. 'ftp.us.xemacs.org' does resolve and is
correctly in the list 'package-get-download-sites'. Thanks for the
pointer.
