Package build failure

Yes, in the sense that the recent autoloads work had to be done in
order to try to deal with the abusive practices upstream in packages
like vc, cedet, and eieio, which are using autoload cookies to get
arbitrary code executed at XEmacs initialization.

Try a make distclean before building.
