Here on xemacs-beta.  There is no BTS yet.

You can also write to Ville Skyttä <scop at xemacs.org>, who is the
primary developer on the port.  In general, I don't expect that will
get you all that much more attention, but it's the appropriate place
to direct thanks (in advance, even :-).
