What issue?  r21-5-latest-beta is a typo, and should just be removed
from all public pages.

Seems unlikely; it hasn't been touched in over two years.  It seems to
be a Steve Youngs thing (he was the last to use it, anyway).  Probably
I should just force remove the tag altogether next time I release a
beta.
