Which branch contains fixes to beta build?

You have what's available already.  The development branch is the
development branch; there is no attempt to maintain a stable version
of it.  All we do is pick a relatively stable version and release it
as a beta.  The reason that no betas have been released recently is
that very little changed between that snapshot and the end of October,
while the current code has dramatic changes in user-visible areas, has
thrown several nasty bugs, and hardly can be considered stable for
non-developer testers.

If you want to pick and choose "fixes" only, you'll have to get them
from the XEmacs Patches list yourself.
