xemacs "daikon" can not input chinese?

In that case, start XEmacs from a terminal, type M-: (setq debug-x-events t)

Thanks, fcix _was_ easy to install. I am still having trouble getting it to
send input to XEmacs, though; tomorrow I’ll try messing with its X11
configuration further. I should be able to type Ctrl+space ding1 and get
