Uh, those dates are correct as far as I know, as that was the last
time a serious attempt was made to relate the contents of the Lispref
to reality.

I believe that the Lisprefs for 21.4 and 21.5 are reasonably accurate
for most nodes, but nobody has checked in recent memory.

Something should be done about this, of course, but inserting date of
last modification  automatically is not really honest.   ;-)
