 When ERROR_CHECK_MALLOC defined, compiling is ok - MALLOC_BEGIN is
running whithout args in functions xmalloc() and xcalloc(). When is not
defined, XEmacs is not compiled.

	* alloc.c (MALLOC_BEGIN): MALLOC_BEGIN is not reguire arg
	`block'.
