Is xemacs-on-windows-faq.txt still being maintained?

Hello Hrvoje, I don't recall whether this has all been incorporated
into the xemacs-faq.

It's still referenced from our website and fails:

/Architecting-XEmacs/index.html
    had 9 failed urls
    http://jagor.srce.hr/~hniksic/xemacs-on-windows-faq.txt

Should the reference be removed from
http://www.xemacs.org/Architecting-XEmacs/index.html instead?
