Crash: XEmacs 21.5.18 coredumps when jumping to errors in certain compilation buffers

--rel-alloc enables the relocating allocator, which is intended to
improve efficiency of memory usage.  I've heard reports that it really
doesn't help very much.  I would say turn that off.
