Package index update menu entry in XEmacs 21.1

Can anybody please tell me how the menu entry for `Update Package
Index' was named in XEmacs 21.1? Was it `Options -> Manage Packages ->
Update Package Index'?

It's for an XEmacs Web Site update patch.
