Most of these have been around for a long time.  They are defsubsts,
rather than defmacros, so they may represent a loss of performance, but
are not incorrect.  There may be a few false positives in there as well,
since the scripts aren't perfect.

Anyway, fixing them would be great, but isn't critical for correctness.
