Uninitialized variable in package calc

Hi there,

I found another one in calc.el: calc-any-evaltos is uninitialized when
the command

   M-x calc u a

is executed. Not being a calc-expert I believe it'd be safe to setq it
to nil in `calc-init-base' (calc.el). There might be a better way to
fix that though.
