Problem with ClearCase mode on Windows PC

thank you for the bug report. I was able to duplicate the problem. A
mor erecent version of clearcase.el is also affected.
The error message is like this:
cleartool process error Unable to access "z:\foo\doc\CM

Regeln.xls": Invalid argument.
