Well, I've been trying to be good about it.  (Not that I've done a lot
lately.)

We've established a significant set of bureaucratic rules here.  If
we're "flexible" about them, we may as well not have them. I'm fine
with changing the rules, but I'm convinced we need some set everybody
abides by.  Otherwise, I see this becoming a one-developer project
real soon.
