[Gnus] pop3-leave-mail-on-server does not work for v0.3 but for 5.10.6

You are absolutely right. It did not occur to me that gnus snap comes
with a pop3.el included

Oops, so there is code which makes it  work, only because of copyright
reason is   not included.  This  is  the  first time  I  have seen the
consequence  of copyright issues  in practise.   Andy do  you  have an
inconvenience  filling those papers.  (I know  I  could wait till gnus
snap is an  official  XEmacs  pkg, but   since it has   superior  spam
handling..)
