NPERS [not addressed to me] and WHL [from a whitelisted sender] are
indications that my procmail script sticks in. This makes it a lot easier
since I get so much crap [> 500 emails a day even w/o being on any xemacs
lists -- even with aggressive spam-filtering there's still a goodly amount
that gets through]
