[Bug: 21.4.15] Enlarge Window leads to crash

I tried and the same thing happened. What I did was to click on the
"Maximize Window" button, then Xemacs was frozen. I just found that
after clicking, if I click on the button again (now it becomes
"unmaximize window" button), Xemacs becomes normal. So I will not touch
that button.
