help needed to sync auctex pkg with the new 11.52 release

By default, autoparsed files are not bytecompiled IIRC.  Which is a
good idea because you'd need to regenerate also when switching between
various releases, not only various "brands".

So I'd say /var/lib/auctex, and for byte-compiled stuff (if really
necessary)
/var/lib/auctex/xemacs-21.4.15
(for example).
