XEmacs/Win32: window handle in frame properties

Is the window handle (HWND) of the current XEmacs frame (on Win32
platforms) accessible in any way from Lisp level?

Having taken a quick look at frame-msw.c and frame properties supported
there, it doesn't seem so, but perhaps I'm missing something.

Is there any fundamental reason why it shouldn't be? Would a patch
making it available through frame properties be accepted?
