If you want to push a particular patch, post to xemacs-beta or
xemacs-design, or figure out which of the reviewers (see
http://www.xemacs.org/Develop/jobs.html) has worked on that most
recently (ChangeLogs) and is active (posts to xemacs lists would be
the best guess, also see checkins via the xemacs-cvs list), and write
to him.
