He said that he couldn't find middleware linux developers. Totally oxymoron. And his reasons for having issues where all wrong. What 
he forgot to mention was, that when companies seems to be looking for LINUX people and more specialized knwledge, they also stipulate
a pay in the 60-70K range. No wonder they cannot find any.

But as we have said here and at meetings before, the demand for linux people is on the rise. If you're doing linux and looing, say so here.
There most likely are people here who can refer you somewhere.
