No, there is nothing that combines everything on your wish list.
No need for expensive ruggedness, battery, low power optimization in a car
GPS. Similarly, a geocaching/outdoor GPS doesn't need a large color
touchscreen, voice navigation, turn by turn and so on.

I prefer a dedicated car GPS for driving, but for outdoor/geocaching I
prefer a smartphone; I carry one anyway, ruggedness isn't really a big deal
since I only play outside in nice weather, and geocaching software for
smartphones is vastly superior to the geocaching features built into
outdoor/geocaching GPS devices.
